
Experience & Qualifications
Robert Rodgers, the principal of Reasoned Resolutions, has a background as a Litigation and Employment lawyer having worked in large private firms, as a Government lawyer and in small suburban law practices. He has been involved in insurance and personal injury claims, including historical sexual assault matters. Robert managed large law teams in government practice for several years, dealing with personal injury and compensation claims as well as all facets of employment law. In suburban practice he helped individuals and small businesses resolve claims.
Robert was an accredited Personal Injury Law Specialist for more than 20 years. He is a member of the Resolution Institute, holds an Australian National Mediation Accreditation (NMAS), is accredited as a Family Law Resolution Dispute Practitioner (FDRP) and is a member of the NSW Department of Education Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel. He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Robert is a senior volunteer in a youth focused organisation and was a director of that organisation. Robert has been involved for many years in assisting people to resolve their interpersonal conflicts. He has trained in Trauma Informed Practice and is a qualified Youth Mental Health First Aider. Robert has a desire to equip individuals with the skills needed to resolve their conflicts and get a fresh start with their lives.
